Day 3

Today was really hard to get up @ 4am, I truly felt like stopping halfway through my run. Thankfully I pushed through and finished. I also shaved 20 sec off of yesterdays run; my time today was 46:55 :) I’m also pleased to hear about all the challenges going on. We have at least 5 staff members so far doing a challenge.
